1. No Physical Returns
All our products are digital (online courses, PDFs, training modules). Therefore, no physical return is applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- You were charged but did not receive course access.
- You faced a technical issue that prevented course access and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You have already accessed or downloaded the course content.
- You completed lessons or used any part of the course.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You provided incorrect information during purchase.
- You purchased the course by mistake but accessed it.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
